Michael G. Clagett

Michael G. Clagett has represented individuals, families, and small businesses in bankruptcy since 1983. Prior to beginning his practice, he served as an Assistant West Virginia Attorney General in the Tax Division. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in West Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Education: BS in Business from Fairmont State College, now known as Fairmont State University, 1973; JD from the College of Law of West Virginia University, 1976.
